Discounted and Sale Items
All items purchased at a discounted price, including promotional sales, markdowns, or with the use of discount codes, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, unless required by law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
How to Return (Part of) Your Order: You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue a refund of the full order amount within five working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that the return shipment cost is non-refundable.
Return Process:
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will refund the amount for the returned products via your original payment method.

Return Address: Returns should be sent to our supplier's return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us for the return form and full details.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After this period, the return window expires.
For a fast resolution, send us an email with a photo clearly showing the damaged part and the product label. We will use this information to correct your order and prevent future issues.
In the case of defects, we will provide a free replacement on the first occurrence. If a replacement arrives damaged again, we will refund your total purchase amount.
If a manufacturing defect occurs over time, we are here to assist. A defect refers to a fault that prevents the product from meeting the manufacturer’s standards. However, wear-and-tear items are excluded from manufacturing defects, such as:
